Meet the Pitter Patter Family
All staff have the required DCF-40-hour training and are CPR & First Aid certified. Our teachers are continuously training during their careers. Most all staff have their FCCPC and have or pursuing higher education. The Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC) Certificate program of study provides the required elements of early childhood training. Some staff are working towards their Associate's and Bachelor's degrees in Early Childhood Education. These trainings give new teachers the tools to succeed and provide extended knowledge to veteran preschool teachers as they meet new challenges in early childhood education.

Little children come to me for hugs and books and such, I care for all their simple needs, and I also fix them lunch, I pick up toys, mop our spills, and often dry their tears, I change their diapers, settle fights, and kiss away their tears, I tie their shoes, button coats and push them on the swing, I love these kids, you see, but there is just one thing, Call me Mom, or Aunt or Teacher those names might fit, But please don’t call me sitter, because I never get to sit

This is a simple glimpse of an Early Childhood Educator. Days can be stressful, but when we receive those hugs, they make the days bearable. This is not just a job but a career for those who love children!
